Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized post office.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team processes your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code to use on your next White Fox purchase.
